Yes, all of our downloads are instant. After you complete the payment you will immediately have the option to download the product(s) from the final purchase page. 

After purchasing, will it be already installed in my Lightroom app? 

No, you will have to import the presets into Lightroom app manually. Please check out this page if you don't know how to install.
